Booking and Cancellation Policy *

We many request a deposit at time of booking treatments over 2 hours in duration. All Dermapen treatments and aesthetic treatments require a deposit.Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ cost us precious time and money, we therefore kindly ask our clients to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked. Failure to show for your appointment will result in full treatment charge being made. We reserve the right to enforce these charges and any future appointments may be cancelled.Rituals Health and Beauty reserve the right to change it’s pricing, substitute or withdraw treatments or products at any time without notice.
